- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

✅ United States (All states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
❌ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside Canada and the U.S. at this time.

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 CAD (Canada only).

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Shelf and Story is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. However, if you experience issues, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Wait 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before actual arrival.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
